Wellness - Forest Bath

For centuries, the locals have come to wild places to relax and recharge.
It is the practice of "bathing" in the atmosphere of the forest. Researchers quickly began to discover that the simple practice of taking walks in the forest created a host of long-lasting health benefits for body and mind alike. People who have spent time in the forest are believed to have higher levels of "natural killer cells," which are critical to the body's ability to fight off viruses and prevent tumors from forming.
